This team member should be an organized individual that can multitask between numerous orders while working efficiently and demonstrating leadership skills.

We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization.
In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a roll-up your sleeves attitude.
Responsibilities:
Train and distribute work to Customer Order Management (COM) Associates Monitor workstations ensuring all computers/printers are working properly and team members are working efficiently Have a sense of urgency in making sure orders are shipped in a timely manner Transition with other shifts, communicating and retaining critical information Be a resource for questions and guidance amongst all COM Associates.
Organize custom orders to appropriate areas Record errors throughout COM area using PSG error tracking database.
Review Sort errors with team members as necessary.
Run the both backlog and SAP report during scheduled times.
Monitor orders throughout the COM process including stuck orders Fix orders that are missing items.
Perform all aspects of the COM Associate job description when necessary and as needed.
Support and assist other PSG Leads when necessary.
Responsible for keeping work area safe and clean on a daily basis.
Run reports within a timely manner throughout their shift MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must enjoy and be able to use hands and wrists and stand for extended periods of time.
Initiative, adaptability and patience are a must within the role.
Must be assertive and comminute clearly.
Must be able to bend, stoop and kneel.
Must have high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy.
Must be able to distinguish between colors.
Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 30 lbs.
Must have basic computers skills.
Must have a proven track record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism.
Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
