Summary of Position:
As the Community Manager you would be responsible for overseeing property operations, occupancy levels and ensuring positive resident relations with a team effort.
Required
Experience:
Display a positive team player attitude with ability to motivate team members Minimum of 3 years of successful residential management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and administrative skills Efficient in using MS Office Products with above average knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience working with budgets and monthly financials Knowledgeable in working with Entrata a plus but not required What we offer:
