The ability to do physical labor tasks, the potential to withstand and work outdoors; being punctual and reliable, the ability to follow the given instructions, knowledge of safety protocols; and a valid driver's license.
Formal education is not mandatory, however, possessing experience as a general laborer will prove to be beneficial.

After 90 days of employment, the company pays 50% of the cost of employee's health insurance.
