shift differentials! Job Purpose This individual will hoop, set up, operate, and trouble shoot embroidery machines in the CFC.
Occassional weekends required.
1st Shift (8a-4p) 2nd Shift (4p-12a) 3rd Shift (12a-8a) We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization.
In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a roll-up your sleeves attitude.
Major Accountabilities/ Essential Duties
Responsibilities:
Configure and operate commercial embroidery equipment.
Barudan / Tajima Read and interpret all work documents related to embroidery customization of customer orders Download correct logo to the machine either from the network or from thumb drive provided.
Properly configure the machine (load colors, orient the logo, perform logo trace, etc) Properly hoop all items in the indicated locations based on the customer order and order documentation Process customer embroidery orders on various items ie.
hats, jackets, pants, polos, etc.
Properly finish items for shipping or additional processing (i.
e.
, trim backing, generate and place fabric labels through the use of the employee order interface (kiosk system)).
Perform daily operator maintenance (i.
e.
, lubrication, thread changes, needle changes, bobbin changes).
Diagnose and fix operator controlled issues (i.
e.
, tension issues, bobbin issues, needle issues etc.
).
Minimum Requirements:
Experience with Tajima equipment is desired but not required Experience with Barudan equipment is desired but not required Must be able to multi-task Must be highly detail oriented Must enjoy and be able to use hands and wrists repetitively.
Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to bend, stoop and kneel.
Must have the ability to distinguish between colors.
Must have a proven track-record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism.
Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Must be proficient in English in order to be considered for this position.
