The function of the Performance Associate is to accurately perform the production work (assembly & packaging) supplied by the client.
12 hour Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
2nd Shift: 8:00 pm - 8:00 am
Pay rates:
$8.00 - $10.00 per hour with production incentives
Required Skills:
Ability to stand and work for entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Self disciplined individual with strong work ethic. Self starter.
Thoroughness and attention to details, with an ability to adhere to a timeline to ensure success.
Having a sense of urgency, without overlooking critical details.
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
