Temporary Assembly Operator

The ARCA Manufacturing department is seeking an experiencedAssembly Operatorto join our team in Mebane, NC. This role is responsible for assembly, repair, and refurbishment of products.

The position is temporary and the schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, starting in November and ending in 3-4 months depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assembly/repair processes on high volume products as assigned by Repair Line Rep to support Advanced Exchange Program utilizing lean processes

  • Keeping 100% on top of 6S

  • Completing AMCOR repair log with proper warranty information as directed by work instructions.

  • Recording Production time for repair and or Production processes on a daily basis

  • Closing all work orders in SAS immediately upon completion of repair

Qualifications:

  • Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
